This is one I see pop up a lot especially in advice forums on Subreddits and Facebook groups. It's this idea of like that's your own problem to deal with that’s your own work so again I usually see this play out when someone new comes To a discussion group a forum a meet-up group really wanting help. They're having discomfort insecurity fears about their partner's behavior or other partner's choices. And the usual response is Okay, yeah, we get you but that's your internal work to do to become comfortable at the end of the day.
