John Avlon: The press did rise to the occasion in a major way with its coverage of Donald Trump. He says it let the country know that something serious was up, and he thinks there will be more revelations about what happened at Mar-a-Lago. Avlon: I think we don't know what his hold is on his sort of swath of Republican voters; if this stuff gets really serious with law enforcement, that hold does weaken.
