New light workers are vastly under charging for their services. They attract people who have no money because they're in this codependent phase of business, which it isn't business. It's charity work. We all go through this phaseand i'm going to encourage you to step out of the phase as soon as humanly possible. And your come to do that if you want to offer a sliding scale for one in a blue moon,. No more than ten % of your business may be sliding scale. Let's just make a rule, because that's a ten% tithe, right? So no more than ten percent of your business can be sliding scale, or at less than your full rate
