The Challenges of Working With Licensed Real Estate Agents

There's a lot of people who call themselves property mentors, property coaches and investment specialists. They may not be qualified to understand the buying process in regards to the contractual work that needs to be done. So if you're looking to engage a buyers agent that can work into state or that is working in that state, they need to be a licensed real estate agent. I wouldn't be taking my advice from a property coach who doesn't know how to negotiate and secure the contract  and get the property settled successfully. That's the big challenge for me and obviously my seat is PIPA. We're also a member of REBA, which is the Real Estate Buyers Agency Association.
