Is Consciousness Everything?
If you take the idealist perspective, you have to start from consciousness. And then as we go in the param if you like, we come to human consciousness and higher consciousness. So that's a bit of an open question when it comes to consciousness - precisely because we haven't got a satisfactory answer yet. There is o i have a frustration, which is this assumption that the right level of description is neuron and connection tat. That may be the case, but it may not be the case. The brainis a chemical machine as much as an electrical network. And it can be understood at many, many levels of description, not just one like wet wear and then mind ware.
