Because of the war in ukraine, lebanon only has enough wheat flour to last the entire nation 25 days. Because of that lack of supply, wheat mills around the country are shutting down,. And that means less bread, which is a key staple for the lebanese people. In egypt, they've imported 80 % of their wheat from russia and ukraine all to feed their 100 million citizens. They're cracking down on the few farmers within the country that still grow wheat with a new law.
