Dr. Smith is an investing and market risk expert and author of the Risk Rituals Newsletter which offers investors advice on how to be more successful in a risk-based world. He also serves as the CEO of the historic research non-profit, The Foundation for the Study of Cycles.
Dr Smith studied mathematics at UC Berkeley and earned a PhD in systems science from the Watson School of Engineering at SUNY Binghamton, under Professor George Klir.
