Flynn brought up to the stage a man named daron hoover, who is the father of staff sergeant hoover. Staff Sergeant hoover was one of the 13 service members who died in a reported suicide attack on the cabul airport during the withdrawal from afghanistan. After he shared this outpouring of grief that justike devastated the room, daran hoover then started to claim that the government is lying about the circumstances of his son's death. Specifically, he claims, contrary to reporting on the matter, that the service members who were killed that day were actually killed with american weapons that were left behind during the evacuation.
