The Many Man and the Children's Waving at the Cop

A border patrol agent stopped a van with three children in it. The kids were waving at him, but they weren't turning around to make eye contact. When he pulled them over, the children's feet were resting on a duffle bag full of mariana. A district court found that there was no reason for the officer to have stopped this van. But an appeals court disagreed and threw out seven of those convictions.
