How to Really Randomize the Bit Casing
IBM found a way to truly randomize the bit casing. What do they do? They actually encrypt surprisingly enough. If you flip it from one to zero, it becomes an upper case. And that's the whole trick to this thing. Even flipping these bits is not as simple as you might think.
