The Shinto Tradition
In Japan, people go forest bathing as part of the shinto tradition. There are studies showing that it can help combat stress and negative irons in the body. The japanese identified that everybody's getting sick from heart disease due to city life. They set up an institute of forest therapists where you can do this type of therapine. It is also meant to have certain energetic am sort of powers.
