LZ Granderson: Let's mash up that less redacted affidavit with the indictment itself. Count 38 of the indictment is that 18 USC 1001 charge against NADA only for lying to the FBI and paragraph 94 outlines what happened to start that charge. It says on May 26, 2022, now to participate in a voluntary interview with the FBI. He was represented by counsel, meaning Stan Woodward, presumably. LZ: We do not know if Stan Woodward knew that it was a lie at the time, right? And we have no idea how likely that he did and now it allied to Woodward.
