Jet lag is the syncrony between our internal pattern and what we are used to, versus whatever's happening outside of us. If you're going to be somewhere for like, a week or so, i would recommend am trying to resynchronize your schedule to whatever your new schedule is. We don't know exactly what's going on here, but shift workers are a mess, physiologically speaking, at least. I want everyone to take care of themselves as best they can.
