Melora Hardin - The Bigwig Boss

Brian Baumgartner: Melora Hardin is an incredible actor, and probably more than anyone else in the cast, acting and showbiz was in her blood. Both of her parents worked as actors, and she herself started out as a child actor. By the time we filmed the pilot, Melora was definitely the most established performer on set. She's not there in every episode, but she brought so much to the show in that role.
