Broman: I had all the impostor feelings for the longest time, because when you're in such alete competitive s, you're just not sure you have what it takes. When i was practising violin early in the morning at Perlman summer camp, i overstretched my finger on a single note, and i heard a popping sound, and i had torn tendons in my hand. And resisted reality for a very long time, until doctors finally told me i could never play the violin again. It was only in that moment when i lost the instrument that i realized how tethered my identity was to it.
