Montenegro - The Next Big Thing in Europe?

The Balkans former Yugoslavia is kind of the next big thing because it's very affordable and opening up. Montenegro, in particular, has some of the best prospects among non-EU Baltic countries. The Bay of Kotor including Budva is the biggest tourist attraction in the country by far. But I don't think it's quite Dubrovnik level.
