Activision Blizzard's Decision to Drop Out of the CMA

The FTC in August is going to have a trial and we're going to get a whole bunch of dirty laundry from Microsoft and Sony. They've even subpoenaed Nintendo who actually has a pretty good case for getting that thrown out. A lot of people are saying the deal is dead out there. Deal is not dead until after the appeals gone or Activision decides to drop out. Bobby Kodak has commented publicly that they're not dropping out. So I think we got a lot more Activision Blizzard talk for the next year, if not longer.
