The Evolution of Development and Governance Under Xi Jinping

The question of China's development in governance is not seen as an isolated concept by the Chinese leadership, especially since Xi Jinping took over. And policies are being now tweaked, catered and accommodated, what China regards as a legitimate security concern. The espionage law first came out in 2014 and along with it, there are other supplementary laws on cybersecurity infrastructure like the 2017 National Intelligence Law and 2016 cybersecurity law.
