The Need to Ae More Forced Production as a Runner

The ability to produce force in the ground is going agin hase speed or improve efficiency. The more force you can put into the ground perstride, the farther you go perstride. You have to have the strength to be able to handle that ecentric load of your entire body weight on to one foot at a time - repeated thousands of times over. But if you're gong to have a big problem when it comes to force absorption and eccentric abilities, then we need to train for those as well.
