Movies are an additional tool for fluency, but the main is listening and reading. You just have to be careful what you choose so you're not filling your mind with terrible stuff. The Matrix had some pretty cool ideas in there that are red-pilled. Most have bad messages or they're just nonsense. There are a few good ones and especially older ones that you can find. Like I said, it's a wonderful life.
