How Consistent Are Your Scores?

If you had a few people like talent scouts on the sideline watching exactly the same game and you've got a report off each of them how consistent would that be? Yeah it was an interesting question and we did this so we did it a number of different times in a number of different ways. I spent quite a lot of time trying to moderate scores because generally sports a game of opinions and it was really interesting to go rightso when we were starting to talk about some psychological constructs like communication and we're starting to grade on a kind of like a plus one plus two or a minus one minus two this is what we think a plus one is. Trying to narrow that bandwidth was an interesting
