Is God's Perfection?
Mullins made it up, but he was riffing on the PhD dissertation of Tazia Scruton and Leeds. I'm committed to the view that God can imagine evil things. I don't think I need to take a stance on why the evil is just a privation. Some people in aesthetics want to condemn artists and authors for their ability to imagine very dark things. But I actually think it's part of their aesthetic perfection that they can imagine those things. Perhaps even that they can see the beauty in them.
