The Impossibility of God in the Pandemic
You wrote an article about God and the pandemic in Time magazine. It was met with criticism specifically that it presented God as possible rather than impossible. What do we mean by God being passable versus impossible? Yes, passability comes from the Latin Pasio, which is about suffering. And there's a technical problem here because suffering can be seen in terms of something being done to me instead of me doing something.
