Persuading People to Do What You Want
To be a person who persuades people, you should learn how to talk well. When George Washington was at Valley Forge in 1777, he could have stayed at the Four Seasons of the Ritz Carlton down the block. He said, no, I'm going to stay with my troops. And by doing that, he really engendered a lot of support from his troops. So I think you have to lead by example, and that persuades people.
