How to File a Class Action Lawsuit

If a man was shot, he would obviously be able to bring legal charges against the guy who injured him. But if not, there'd be like standard default procedures for figuring out who his heirs are and how do you distribute the estate. So just because you die doesn't mean that your estate now doesn't get that. It might be harder to prove in a court of law, if your testimony is not there and stuff but I'm saying if it's an open and shut case, the guy got a camera and all that stuff.
