The Importance of Conscience

The best example I can think of in modern film history of the good conscience is Sir Robert Bolts play Manfold Seasons about Thomas Moore. But that his conscience had the capability to be sensitive and even to value a clear conscience above his physical life, that was laudable. That's a good thing. It doesn't at all depict the way Moore pursued Tyndale mercilessly. For Moore to oppose that mortally was a terrible thing.
