The Russian Intelligence Groups in Ukraine Are Splitting Support for Putin
Do you think perhaps it's a sign of splintering support within Russia for Putin and his war? Or do you think that's too much to go off on these paramilitary groups? Well, I'm not sure I would connect these movements with that sort of splinting. There are lots of wealthy Russians outside Russia who have very close contacts with the Kremlin and people inside the Kremlin. A situation like we have in Ukraine creates enormous conflicts of loyalty.
