The excisional is always better. We need to know the architecture. With a cor biopsy, we may be able to get that architecture if we get the right spot but we may be missing the bigger picture. The other big thing is that we may run out of tissue. That that you'd get the core biopsy specimen, and you don't have enough tissue to run all the tests which are incredibly important for treating these cancers.
