How Can Product Management Change the Culture of a Company?

As a company grows, what you can do in an all hands meeting starts to shift. We used to do those tep celebrations on a friday organs meeting. Now people don't have to wait an entire week and amue their mike in front of the entire company to say, thank you. One of our product managers is a graduate of the product school. And overtime, we now have developed a pods where we have one pod of engineers and product managers that are focused just on the school experience.
