The Importance of Being a Shaman
I was working with a nonprofit in DC called Yo Kid and I was loving it. And then I got pregnant with my second kid, we decided city's really expensive. We actually looked at California, but then California was the same cost of living as DC. So we said, where can we go? That's going to be a lower cost of living, but we're going to have that beach life that we want. And we ended up going with Rojoba Beach area and we moved. When we moved, I just felt this strong pool from spirit to completely cut the tide to architecture because I was still kind of holding on when we moved.
