Identifying the Major Problems Is Critical
I've noticed in many ic us as oftentimes they do an organ based or system based approach. And i've never liked that approach. You know, for me, if a patients in the i ce u, they should have at least three major problems. I like to have the full list, but i may say, after the three important ones you mention, i may say,. ok, problems four, five, six, seven, are not really so important. We keep them in mind. But never forget the minor programme, because the minor problem may become a big one. Yes, big time.
