The ESG Agenda, the S in the Middle, and the Risks and Opportunities?

I think we've got to be in a good place ourselves to generate good. Now, if you take the ESG agenda, the S in the middle, there's been a bit of a poor relation with E and G. And I think collectively, business has approached it the wrong way around. So, that's back to people talking about systems thinking. That's exactly what we've done. We're playing catch up.
