Sitting hunched over a computer all day long develops fat around your heart, around your tummy. So learn to get up and walk around. My little Fitbit reminds me every hour toGet up and go which is irritating and helpful. Okay, so this is what we've been eating lately to kind of try to stave off some of the calories. We usually do some kind of low-fat meat chicken or ground turkey, hummus, tomatoes and onions and sometimes salsa. And then just a few chips, look for one serving ground on the top. Or we will eat hummus and veggies at lunch. Or I make chicken or turkey pie soup. It's in the life
