Axios' Astrid Galvin joins us from just across the border in El Paso. The Biden administration has proposed policy changes for asylum seekers that should go into effect in May. Human rights advocates have long warned that migrants who are forced to wait in Mexico instead of being able to ask for asylum in the United States face really grave dangers, kidnapping, extortion, robbery, even death.
