The Relationship Journal Step 3: Analyzing Your Response
The third step on the relationship journal is called analysis of step two analysis of your own response. If you're going to stop blaming the other person and look at yourself then we have to see what are the characteristics of your responseYour response was your response an example of good communication or bad communication. A good assertiveness a equals assertiveness are response would be to share your feelings openly and respectfully so the other person could see how you're feeling. In terms of respect you don't treat the other person warmth or compassion or admiration instead you belittle them or argue with them as if you're in some kind of competition.
