The three concepts of design or system thinking are wholeness, interconnectivity and causality. Wholeness means looking beyond just the specific way in which you're solving problem. Interconnectedness is all sorts of forms of interconnectedness that we need to consider. Culprits can be seen as people like Elon Musk who think about things in a very clock focused way without understanding that human behavior is a cloud of unpredictability.
