What's the Risk of Going Private Without Going Private?

i've lookedat an companies that were going to leave an exchange, and companies that would go some, you know, they weren't going to go dark permanently. The big risk, i guess, for it, is it does make the usa little bit closer to some other countries where this is used to exploit a sort of going private without going private. So we'll see. Sometimes you'd be surprised by that. Yet you always think th t that would happen.
