What Causes High Histomine Levels?

If you heat meat, that will cause a histomine reaction. So don't make it and then freeze it, or o reheat it from the fridge. I guess i'm not a big fermented food eater, but it can be an issue. Specially like sitting and fermenting m in the fridge. That would definitely cause an issue. It's hard to really hown in on what's happening. There's all these moving parts. But even if you left it in there for one day, someone with ahistomine reaction would definitely feel it.
