Do You Have a Recall Cue?

Annalise writes: My dog sometimes will stalk slash crouch and rush up to oncoming dogs when we are on off leash walks. Would you recommend another approach to this situation to reduce use of recall cue further? Glad to keep doing it as it's working so far but thanks if you have other thoughts. The one change is I would probably have a really excellent reinforcer for specifically that recall, which might be salmon skin from leftover dinner or baby food in a squeeze pouch.
