Dealing With Discomfort
Some people are going to have a natural aptitude for these things and compared to other people. One tip that I'll actually just give for kind of dealing with that discomfort is if there is something in your life, whether it's like your current life or maybe previously that you were good and comfortable pushing through that discomfort. So if you have played another sport or dealt with some type of physical and mental discomfort and it's it helps you to kind of make that analogy That might be able to help you with your running of pushing through some of that.
