How to Access Your True Nature

Martha Beck: It's not that easy to access the voice of my true nature. And so in my twenties, I sort of made up a system to help me detach from cultural messages and connect with mytrue nature. This ended up being my career as a life coach and then training people to do the same thing. People take the training because it's like getting life coaching. You know, and people also take the training just to learn to access their own true nature.
