Dalia DiPaledo's Second Trial

Dalia DiPaledo was found guilty of solicitation to commit first degree murder. The jury took just 90 minutes to reach a unanimous decision. Judge Kelly upheld Dalia's original sentence of 20 years in prison, with credit for four of the eight years she'd been on-remant. In 2017, it was reported that Michael DiPoleto was engaged to a woman whom he had met at a restaurant. On February 21, 2020, this petition was denied, meaning Dalia had exhausted all avenues of appeal. Her scheduled release date is 2032 - same year Michael was originally due to come off probation.
