Money has to be portable, divisible, durable, salable. And so gold didn't work as the world expanded. When you have centralization, you always get manipulation. So we need an asset that nobody cann control. It works with internet. You and i are in different parts of the world right now. I can't send you gold, but i could send you bit coin.
