Do Russians and Ukrainians Have Flash Toilets?

i'm skeptical about these statistics for ukraine and russia overall because i feel like it in the stuff includes duchess and that would explain it according to the statistic 10 percent of russians do not have flash toilets. if it doesn't include i think neither ukraine or russia does not have a problem with flash toilets. Although although i can imagine the percentage being higher in like western uKraine or maybe in the in somewhere in russia  in i don't know wheremaybe in sumi or some extremely rural area.
