I worry that it's going to run into something else that's sort of timeless, which is Parkinson's Law. You get rid of a whole load of work by automating it to finding some technological solution. But as a result, we've just got more email and it's filled in the space. We do seem to have more of that because we are risk averse. And I think it's important to reflect that we do get something for that. In an ideal world, where you put in inputs and outcomes, something valuable like fish or buildings or nursing services will spring forth. It's not a thing that we really need.
