Pythagoras and Milo
Pythagoras may be best known for the mathematical theorem named after him. He also had many friends in Croton, including Milo. In fact, it may have been Pythagoras who suggested Milo go to war. Legend has it that he charged into battle wearing his Olympic crowns and armed with a club.
