The Goddards' Property Empire
Luxembourg family built property empire in Ireland after buying distressed properties. Land around the house has been part of Luxembourg building boom over past decade or so. Mark Goddard evicted an apartment block full of tenants saying that he was going to sell it, but put their rooms on Airbnb. He sublets properties without permission and again is being investigated by gardaí.
