The simplest tool that i really like abasically, if if you can do this in person, then it's sticky notes and white. The reason for that is you want tobe, got to move things around really rapidly. A lot of people gravitate towards ba a white board,. particularly with discussions and things byt that you need it highly adaptive and a dynamicProbably similarly, if you have meding notes, if you're wating or a procect plans, it's very painful if you're watching somebody have to fiddle around with a tool while they try to upgt it in the meeting.
