When you come into direct contact with a part of yourself, like really direct contact, like you can't have shame. There's often incredibly painful because there's so many parts of yourself that you might live that in order to come into contact with it, you have to sort of like accept the fact that this is your reality now. And then once you are in it, once you're like, all right, I'm no longer afraid of it. Then like, what are you afraid of anymore? What are you ashamed of? It's like here, you're already part of it. You are already disgusting and horrible. You're not trying to ride the way anymore. Like this is
