Graham tunbridge is the director of devices for the medicines and health cure products regulatory agency. He says that prescribing doesn't seem to make much difference, not the actual exercise itself. We've known for a long time that the single biggest disincentive to cycling is fear of road danger. And if you take that traffic off the roads, i mean, we can just see what happened to the numbers of people out using the roads.
